You still need a beta key. Only a couple of hosting companies have that.

I also did use another executable

Hi, Some days ago I decided to mess around with a custom template for TCAdmin. The template was created in less than 6 hours (started at midnight and went to bed at around 6AM), so it might not be as professional-looking as other templates and it doesn't contain as much custom content (custom images, fx), but I'm pretty happy with the result. What do you think? Login Screen Home Screen ServiceHome Screen I really like the rounded bars for the graphs, and what I like the most is the tabs that I managed to get out of it. I'm not sure about the colors though - are they alright? By the way - the template is not finished yet, and I don't know whether or not it will remain those colors. It all depends on how our new template for our website is gonna end up looking

I've been trying to get the first script (the one that creates the MySQL database) working, but nothing happens. It doesn't give any errors. I'm on Linux btw.

Have you tried restarting the Master server?

Hi. I totally forgot where I could translate the page icons. I already have done most of them, but I want to change BukGet to Plugins. I have looked the Pages, Icons and Columns through. Not there. I thought it might would be in Web Forms -> Main Compenents - PageIcons, but that one is empty.

Hi, I'm working on a new theme, and I just discovered that the custom icons doesn't work properly. I started using the 64x64 version of a Steam icon, and it was shown properly. This is the HTML for the image: <img class="rtbIcon" src="/User_Themes/1/2354f6e0-8358-4d9b-8bad-24223d1bff4b/Images/ControlPanel/MenuIcons/GameHosting/Steam.png" alt=""></img> However, as soon as I also included a 24x24 or 16x16 version of the image, it didn't work. This is the HTML for the image: <img class="rtbIcon" src="/App_Themes/Default/User_Themes/1/2354f6e0-8358-4d9b-8bad-24?3d1bff4b/Images/ControlPanel/MenuIcons/GameHosting/Steam.png" alt=""></img> But on ServiceHome.aspx the image is shown fine, even though the other two sizes of the image has been uploaded: The only images that I've uploaded are Steam.png Steam16x16.png Steam24x24.png Running TCAdmin 2.0.84.0 on Debian Wheezy 7.2

Hi, A while ago, we had a strange problem where the controlpanel would load slowly when an admin for an example updated a theme or a mod. This happened on Linux. We switched to Windows again after some time. However, now we're back on Linux, and this happens again - but only in chrome. I have made a little video. At first I'm trying to save the template in Mozilla Firefox. It takes a little while, but it gets saved in seconds. Afterwards I try saving the same template in Google Chrome. The control panel takes ages to load, and it's not possible for the same user to use the control panel on the same browser meanwhile. The pages will just continue loading until the loading page is closed. More than half of the time is just me waiting for the page to load in Chrome. http://screencast.com/t/BsHJYUEdnG3 This doesn't only happen with themes. It's also when trying to edit a mod's scripts. I don't know if it happens at other pages. TCAdmin Version: 2.0.84.0 Operating System: Debian Wheezy 7.2 64-bit Machine Specs: CPU: Intel Xeon W3530 @ 2.8 GHz RAM: 48Gb DDR3 Database Type: MySQL This doesn't happen when the control panel is located on a Windows server.

Do you also have a script that drops the MySQL user when the service is deleted?

I don't know if you can manually execute custom scripts, but you sure can create scripts to run at specific events.

Asking for it doesn't help. I've contacted them twice, and I never got any response.

How are game servers ran when user specific ?
Dennis replied to dimitrifrom31's topic in Windows Support
I was not sure whether or not you meant a specific user (as you said in your first post ) or if it was a different user for each service. If it's the last, then it creates a new user called tcagame_svc%serviceid% - if a service has 122 as the ID, the service will run as tcagame_svc122 -

If you want it to be run as a specific user, you have to preconfigure the user. -
I had a similar problem some time ago when we switched from Linux to Windows on our master server. "The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server" was the error we received whenever we tried to do anything - wether we wanted to create a new server or just change some settings or see some data. I know this is not the same error as you get, but some days ago we received another error. Automatic setup could not be completed, so I disabled Keep Alive. Then it worked
-
This probably won't help, but it's worth the shot. Server Administration -> Servers -> {YourServer} -> Router/Firewall Settings -> Disable 'Keep Alive'. If it doesn't help, just revert the settings.

Run the server as tcagame. We had the same problem. This is because half of the files are marked as executables, and if you've restricted linux executables, these files cannot be used by the control panel. Believe me when I say it's fucked up, lol. Even configs are marked as executables for some reason I don't know. But if you start the server as tcagame via SSH, you would be able to see which files are needed for it to start.

/home/tcadmin/Monitor/Tools/SteamCmd/steamcmd.sh I couldn't remember the path in my head. SteamCMD should be SteamCmd.
-
Just run SteamCMD by doing this command: /home/tcadmin/Monitor/Tools/SteamCMD/steamcmd.sh That will update the SteamCMD. Are you using anonymous to download the games?
-
What game server did you create? Try posting the game servers log file.
-
Use SteamCMD. HLDSUpdateTool is outdated.
-
It would be neat if clients had the options to choose if the want to receive emails about query failures eg., and if they want to receive them as a notification only
-
I thought it was. It's possible to do using Multicraft, and multicraft uses BukGet AFIK.
-
Thanks! Both of the new features is something I've been looking forward to Will it be possible to search for plugins in all categories instead of searching in one single category at a time?
-
Just delete my. I don't know what I did.
