  1. That could be why, lol. Thanks for the answer, LFA.
  2. All services are allowed on all servers, so it can't be that... Could it be something else?
  3. Hi, I have to move a service to another server, but when I click "Move", there's not showing any servers up. Will I have to enable something before I'm able to move servers? Regards, Dennis
  4. Woooow... I restarted 3 times right after, and that didn't do anything... When I did it now, the whole thing is working perfect! Thanks, mate. Oh, the game servers have to be restarted in order for this to work, apparently.
  5. I already had libpcap installed. It's printing this when the service is started: Starting the Monitor Web Service... The Monitor Web Service has been started. Starting the Task Scheduler... The Task Scheduler has been started. Starting the Game Monitor Service... The Game Monitor Service has been started. Starting the FTP Service... The FTP Service (v1) has been started on 0.0.0.0:8821. I've created a symlink from /home/tcadmin/Monitor/libpcap.so to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpcap.so.0.8. Now libpcap.so is in the Monitor folder, but it still doesn't start. This is the command that I used: ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpcap.so.0.8 /home/tcadmin/Monitor/libpcap.so
  6. No. EDIT: Oh, it works on our Windows server, but not the servers running Ubuntu. Can't it be displayed on Ubuntu?
  7. I'm also having this issue. I was actually about to post a thread about it, but then I saw this one. I remember that I saw this work before 2.0.76.0 Edit: I'm not having the issue that it stops. It just never starts.
  8. Yea, that's the weird part. Every time I restart the service or stop the service, it's doing a "force save" in console.
  9. Well, the Minecraft process is not crashing. The server is restarting if the server reaches 115% RAM, which some clients do quite often. But it's still only happening on our Linux server, as far as I'm aware.
  10. The stop command is set. However, I just got to speak with a client, and she said their server just rolled back over night (the server hadn't been stopped and is not accessible to others). This has only happened on our Linux server, as far as I'm aware.
  11. Hi, A big part of my customers are complaining about their worlds are "rolled back", whenever the server crashes or they stop the server. At first I thought it was just because of a plugin they used, but then more and more started to say the same. Are anyone else experiencing the same problem?
  12. Yeah, Minecraft for Windows is used as a template, but I cannot uncheck it. It says that it's being used by other players.
  13. That's what I've did, but when I take a look at the Monitor Console, it shows this:
  14. Oh, geez... I totally forgot all about the different game IDs. Now we have a Windows and a Linux server, but the IDs are 9 for Windows and 10 for Linux. I've been trying to find out a way to make the customer choose which server he wants to have his server on, but that didn't help me much, because the Game ID option in the TCAdmin2_Advanced module for WHMCS only allows one id. Is there a work around?
  15. Try starting the monitor console and see if anything is wrong. http://help.tcadmin.com/Debug_Mode http://help.tcadmin.com/Server_Components#Linux_2
  16. We've never had any complaints, but if our customers will have a better experience and get more out of their assigned RAM, then we want to use a Linux server - but will it be possible with a Windows master server?
  17. Hi, forum We've been sneaking around on the internet because we need another server. While searching, I came across some posts saying that Linux servers are better at caching RAM, which apparently is a good thing for Minecraft. I wanna know whether Linux or Windows is best for hosting servers. We mainly host Minecraft, but we also host a good handfull Counter-Strike: Source and Global Offensive servers. Any input is much appreciated
  18. I think this could be due to the new SteamPipe update. The working directory isn't css\cstrike anymore. Now it's just cstrike\. Have you configured all of your configuration files to the new path? Cheers
  19.
