Well, if you have it restart every 12 hours, then it's be up for 12 hours.
-
This is already available in the scheduled tasks tab and can be set independently to each service. You can also set rules such as force restart, wait till empty and, skip.

could it be the space in the filename? Then again I'm seeing random spaces in some sites so maybe my browser rendering it that way.

Are they finishing? I always close the window and move on to the next thing on my list.

If this option could be added to the actions list it would be greatly appreciated.

What do you do to protect your game server vs a DDOS?
icekohl replied to VoiceServers's topic in TCAdmin Version 2
I use the search function! lol j/k Read this thread to get an idea. http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=8170 I'd continue the conversation there as well. -
Prepare to read, and possibly have your OS reinstalled if you make a mistake. One of the biggest things you're going to need is to customize/optimize the kernel. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=486424 http://www.t-gk.net/computer-stuff/dedicated-game-server/ Read everything there and then google some more. SRCDS forum has just about everything you need. I put the other link in there because it's more CentOS specific. I'd suggest reading through everything available though and then make your own step by step plan and give it a go.

WHMCS Addon Feature Requiest - Service Status
icekohl replied to brad.vilayer's topic in Feature and Module Ideas
Actually I think this might be a good place to ask for this. I haven't looked at it since setting it up but, WHMCS provides the required file(s) in the WHMCS download. If these files could be edited/manipulated to pull the same required info that WHMCS is looking for it could be done. That said, you could write your own status request code and put it in another table inside WHMCS on the server status page. I've actually wanted this, just never got around to looking into what was needed or asking. Maybe one of the many wizards that frequent these boards can whip something up. Actual supported module would be great though. -
If restarting the service doesn't work, restart the box. I get this error from time to time. This is what I have done in the past.

Restart TCA services via remote desktop, then try again.

This is a very user friendly feature. Some things need to be included to make sure it is not abused and works for both the client and host. Different Pricing It was mentioned to disable the feature but I'd be more in favor of a warning box with host editable text and a editable link/button to support site. Example : Warning: The location you have chosen has different pricing than your current service, we would be happy to move the service for you after difference has been paid, please contact support using the button below or cancel (button) and select another location. Load Balancing Must follow preset datacenter settings for: Until full then next/Lowest slot count/Lowest CPU. If DC is full then warning box as above. Limit Allow host/reseller to limit number of moves per x days/month/yr. Again warning box if exceeded. Delay Allow host to set delay rules for moving. Being able to set time that moves can occur that best suit each datacenter and also maybe possible CPU threshold. If CPU < X% = move; else wait till X time. System waits for info from destination before giving feedback (info box/email) to client. I'm sure I've missed something that also needs to be checked before moving services and I restated some that were already made. JM2c

How to run a script after the server has started?
icekohl replied to Xelatyper's topic in Windows Support
If you need the script to run everytime the service is restarted I'd suggest changing the executable to a script/batch. start game.exe wait start myscript Not ideal but may be a workaround that you can use until/if 'after started' event is added. -
Check your query settings. This sounds like your TCA install is set to stop the service if it does not respond to query. Try running with the setting turned off and see if the service still crashes.

If your running cs:go I'd suggest you sign up for this mailing list. TCA has no problems running CS:Go if you're setup correctly. https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/csgo_servers

LFA will have to the complete answer but I can't remember having to install on the master before the slave. Maybe restart the monitor on the slave or both, see if it shows up in list.

Update button for mods, mod folders, custom links
icekohl replied to Xelatyper's topic in Feature and Module Ideas
From my understanding all V1 functionality will be brought to V2 before leaving beta. +1 on post -
When importing click the button that says 'overwrite existing game'. Then select your CSS from the dropdown.
