Each box you intend to run the game on must have the Visual C++ 2005 Libraries. You can find them here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=32BC1BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en If that isn't the problem then I can't help,as we only have it running on one machine ATM.

We normally do not create game config files. Usually users will post their's in the config forum if someone asks for one. But you should really be creating your own. Do rely on someone else to run your games for you so to speak.

Hypernia runs their servers differently than most hosts. Therefore you would not be able to use TCAdmin to control them.

Up until now we have had a policy of NO license transfers to other parties. We have discussed this amongs ourselves and have decided that we will be allowing "purchased license" transfers. Please read the following information carefully: 1. Only purchased licenses are eligible to be transfered. Monthly licenses CANNOT be transferred. 2. There is a $25 per license transfer fee for all individual purchased license transfers. Enterprise license transfers will be subject to a $250 transfer fee. 3. Licenses can only be transferred once per license. If you purchase a license directly or indirectly through a third party, you will not have the right to transfer or sell that license again. 4. License transfer requests MUST be made through our support system and will require verification that you indeed are the owner of the license. 5. A license transfer agreement will be emailed to the owner of the license that must be filled out and signed, then faxed back to our office before a license will be transferred. 6. The balance of support which remains on licenses will still be valid until the original renewal date of the license. If there is no longer support on the license(s), then no support or updates will be given until the contract is renewed. Balance Servers, Inc. reserves the right to deny any and all license transfers as well as make changes to this policy at any time in order to protect itself. If you have any questions, please enter a support ticket to the billing department. https://clients.tcadmin.com

Read the following thread. There is a config posted at the very end. http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=1751&highlight=ARMA&page=2

It seems lately that people do not read the site and end up ordering the software and really have no idea how to use it. If you DO NOT know how to host a game without the help of a control panel, then DO NOT order. It is as simple as that. TCAdmin is designed as a tool to help established GSPs manage their time and clients better. It is not a magically software program that will turn someone with no knowlege of game hostign into a game hoster overnight. I cannot stress enough, that if you do not know how to host the games without a panel, then please do not order. It simply wastes everyone's time, and your money as we will NOT teach you how to host games. I would advise anyone interested in using our software to grab the 20 day FREE trial. Took me a while to figure that out myself.

Thanks Adam. The campaign name changed for the public demo.

The server files are not out yet. How could anyone know the resources on it?

Make sure that your commandline is exactly the same in TCAdmin, then use the following troubleshooter and login in console mode to see why the game is not starting. https://esupport.tcadmin.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=3&parentid=0 This should give you any error message or show why the game is not starting. One tip I can give you is UT does not like spaces in the commandline. Make sure there are not spaces in the path for that game.

Devastation is a Unreal Tournament engine game. Head to www.unrealadmin.org, you can find all the info you need on commandlines.
-
I have no knowlege of Devestation, so you are on your own there. I have attached the standard SOF II configuration file for TCAdmin. You just need to import it. sof.txt
-
I know 100% that SOF2 works. We have other clients running it right now, and I have personally run them under TCAdmin. We suggest turning DEP off on your server since it can cause problems with games and certain mods. As for the custom commands, please submit a ticket with the details and I will ask Luis to take a look at it.
-
In a nutshell. Contact your host. We do not provide end user support.
-
Only if they have the -path command added into the commandline changer.
-
You will need to have them add some commands to the commandline for you to set the path to the folder.
-
Are you a TCAdmin client, or are you renting a server from someone that uses our software?
-
I guess we should really update the supported games list. The list you see on the features page is based off of game queries that are availible in TCAdmin. We have not run every game on that list. However, as long as the game uses an executable and a commandline you should be able to get any game running. SOF2 works 100% as we have people hosting it right now. So there must be something wrong with your commandline or config files. As Doug stated above the best way to test your servers is to run one right on your desktop. That way you can see why it is not starting. You can also refer to this troubleshooter in our support system to show you have to run the same commandline that the software uses to test it on the server desktop. https://esupport.tcadmin.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=3&parentid=0 Also, these forums are not constantly checked by staff every second of the day. If you have questions and need a faster answer please create a support ticket.

Thank you for sharing Diego

There is no query support for it.
-
For anyone who downloaded the config file before this post. I made a mistake in the query port field. It should be 27733. Please redownload or change your config file to reflect this.

As most already know the ETQW beta "unranked" server files are out over at www.fileplanet.com Here is a config I whipped up for it. Enemy_Teritory__Quake_Wars.txt

Thanks for the info Rich. I will ask Luis to add them to the compatibility list.
