  1. Backup the tcadmin installation folder and C:\TCAFiles. After reloading windows place the folders in the same location. Run TCAdmin2\Monitor\InstallServices.bat and start the services. If you have a mysql database create a database backup with mysqldump and restore it after the OS reload.
  2. Add the command line parameters as variables in the game settings. For an example you can look at the counterstrike source configuration.
  3. General Settings > Games > Select the game. Feature Permissions tab. Disable everything for users.
  4. Make sure port 8880 is not blocked in your firewall. Start the monitor in console mode. Check for errors there. cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service stop ./monitor-console
  5. Have you tried restarting your monitor? Does that error happen when importing IPs on the master or on a remote?

Create a support ticket with the login for your server so I can take a look.
  7. Also make sure your package has the number of slots assigned instead of 0.
  8. Try running the .bat file from remote desktop in C:\TCAfiles\Games
  9. Go to About and see if you get an error there.
  10. General Settings > Themes > Click on Import.

  12. You would need to create a game with those feature permissions disabled.
  13. For some reason the certificate validation is failing on some installations. To fix this error run this command on your master server: /opt/mono-2.10.8/bin/mozroots --import --syncthen restart the monitor: cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service restart
  14. Run this command on your master server: /opt/mono-2.10.8/bin/mozroots --import --sync then restart the monitor: cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service restart

    COD2 Problem

You are probably missing some dependencies. Run it manually and check for errors: http://help.tcadmin.com/Troubleshooting_Game_%26_Voice_Services#Running_the_Service_Manually_2
  16. General settings > games > select the game > general settings tab > branded text
  17. You need to place the game files in C:\TCAFiles\Games\cod2 or /home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/cod2-linux
  18. http://help.tcadmin.com/Custom_Scripts In a batch you use %ThisService_Slots%
  19. Yes. Just send a blank game and voice id.
  20. Billing api examples can be found here: http://help.tcadmin.com/Billing_API_Examples You can only create, suspend, enable, delete services. There is no command to list services.
  21. New Features Fast downloads files and exclude files supports the -r switch. Use it if you want to copy matches in sub folders. For example "cstrike\maps\* -r;" will copy all files in cstrike\maps and sub folders. Improved fast downloads manual sync speed. Bug Fixes Fixed control panel infinite loading when the remote can't connect to the database or master. This might also fix monitor crashes when there are lots of database connection errors. Fixed monitor crash when closing the punkbuster or fast downloads sync popup before it completed. Fixed bug setting virtual server quota on Linux. If you currently have Linux virtual server go to the virtual server settings and click on Save to apply the quota. Fixed overflow error with fast download quotas. Fixed error that might cause FTP server to stop responding. Sometimes the Linux service manager auto restart was not giving up after 5 restarts in 1 minute. This could cause the service manager to crash.
  22. Make sure /home/tcagame is owned by tcagame.
  23. There will be an update tomorrow that allows copying subfolders.
  24. That won't work. MySQL replication needs a connection to the MySQL master for writes and the remote needs a connection to the master for license information.
