It only locks up after somebody has connected? Can you post your config or attach it to a ticket so I can test?

Did you configure it as a remote or as a master?

stop the monitor service and start it again. cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service stop ./monitor-service start

Check Override.config and see if you have DisableCustomFtpDirectories set to True. If it is change it to False.

I'll remove the settings tab in the next update. Later on it will have settings for upload/download speed limits. If you refresh the page can you view the virtual directory on the left or is it gone?

If your server has Linux setting on port 80 is not going to work because the website runs as the tcadmin user not as root. Normal users can't open ports lower than 1024. Leave it on 8880 and use Iptables to forward port 80 to 8880. You can do the same with ftp. Forward port 21 to 8821. You can find help on port forwarding with iptables on google.

Is this a custom game that you are configuring? I created a private enemy territory server and it wrote the password correctly.

You have it written wrong. It's $[PrivatePassword] not [$PrivatePassword]

The stop option already exists in the query monitoring. The default configuration for slot, private and branding changed is to stop the service and email the user. When the message system is ready they will also receive that email directly in the control panel.

General Settings > Recurring Tasks > New. Create a task that creates a database backup every day.

It could be that I was still uploading the file when you applied the update and downloaded an incomplete file. I thought the upload had already completed and made the update visible. You guys are too quick.

First check Logs\Monitor\console.log for any errors at the end. Let me know if you see any. Then you can do a manual update: http://help.tcadmin.com/Updating#Manual_Update

Are you still getting the crashes?

There is a limit on the number of options that can be added to the WHMCS module. I will make a new module with only reseller options later this week.

For a reseller package you need 2 things. The package id and the reseller role id. The reseller role included by default is 3: $billing_api_values["role_id"]="3"; $billing_api_values["package_id"]="1";

edit: I though your meant the steps a reseller takes to create a game server. You can leave those fields blank. If you send a reseller package id you don't need to send any game and voice information.

1 - This is a bug that happens sometimes. The monitor is stopped but it is not started again. I added some error logging to figure out what's wrong. You should see it in /home/tcadmin/Logs/Monitor/console.log. This is deleted when the monitor is restarted so you should check before restarting. Follow these instructions to update manually: http://help.tcadmin.com/Updating#Manual_Update_Procedure_for_Linux 2- It looks like the update is deleted but you are not redirected to the previous page. I will fix in the next update. 3- I will fix this in the next update. 4- The error in the about page is the last error that occurred when updating the license. Click on Update License and if it updates correctly the error will be gone. 5- I will fix in the next update.

This is configured for each game type. Select the game and click on file system permissions.
