I just tested it, works for me. Are you sure you didn't forget to assign one of the configurable options groups? It's at the Configurable options tab right there. Hit save after that, and they showed up for me.

Yep, that's basically how it works with most Unreal Engine games and such. Just add in the dll files from steam, same effect as having the steam client open.

To me it looks like you are trying to run the ts3 server AS a service INSIDE TCAdmin. I could be wrong, but that's not how it works. I do it differently; I run it outside of TCA, TCA connects to it and creates voice services on it.
