If it doesn't show up there it means you're missing the files.

Just means query port/protocol isn't set right. Or port isn't opened. or Server doesn't actually really start at all. Time to troubleshoot mate!

Just turn it into a variable that's usable by commandline. Then they can type it in themselves.

He can't even create the server though, TCAdmin, not gameserver.

Do a reinstall on the master, it will keep all your files and database fine. When reinstall done. You get to go to the main webpage on the machine. Login with default, i think it's admin/password for username/pw There you can login to the database and your TCadmin will return to usual. Afterwards don't forget to create new config files for your remote servers.

So the task is created; Which means you'll need to take a look in Scheduled Tasks. You'll find it in Settings. When you locate the task, you can view a debug output of it. Might give you more info as to why it didn't work.

Yeah I dug a little deeper, weird. I know JestServers and they use TCAdmin as well. So pretty odd about the binaries not being ready according to them. Check the logs on Master server. Program Files\TCadmin 2\Logs\BillingAPI I think that's where they are.

Are the server files even out yet? 9 december they said they're working on the binaries.

On our setup we had the folder cod4 at the end. Not using gameservers though, our own TCAdmin.

I meant exactly support on network. Can take a long time before I got a response. Generally don't need support for actually managing the machines But when something goes worng hardware or network..don't expect fast response. They could've changed that by now though!

Mainly Windows based; SFTP wouldn't be fast out of the dev pipes. Does TCA not support TLS then?

Try starting SteamCMD in TCAdmin folder manually, see if it verifies and downloads itself.

You might also need to set the new IP in some TCAdmin settings.

Tried restarting monitor and service manager? Are you sure you didn't secretly get new IP?

In windows it'd be %ThisService_UserName%
