How to remove: Interface Menu on Log-In Screen

Hi,

 

Can I remove the 3rd field on the login screen, Interface?

 

I'll only be using one template and I don't want the field there at all.

you can set the default template in the admin section. Then i believe your clients will only have access to that template.

 

Admin Home > System Settings > Template Configuration

I just entered my custom templte and deleted the other one

I deleted the other ones also, but the 3rd field is still there with only 1 template I left. I wana get rid of the field completely? any suggestions from tcadmin support?

Add style="visibility:hidden" to the DropDownList and label. Remember to make a backup of this file because it gets overwritten when you update the control panel.

Ok, I opened up the file and I found where to put the text suggested.

 

I see:

 

			<TR>
			<TD style="WIDTH: 236px">
				<asp:DropDownList id="DropDownListTemplates" runat="server" CssClass="default_inputs" AutoPostBack="True"></asp:DropDownList>
				<asp:Button id="ButtonChangeTemplate" runat="server" CssClass="" Text="Change" Visible="False"></asp:Button></TD>
		</TR>

 

Where do I place that suggested text in these lines?

Accually, one more question. I got rid of that field, but now there is a gap between the password text field and the remember me check box. Is there anyway to eliminate that gap? Maybe delete all the stuff between the two in that login file?

instead of style="visibility=hidden" use visible=False on the label and list. (without style="")
