BF2 config error?

Syrus

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I just recently setup a BF2 server on my box, and configured it into the gamepanel, but within the last two days, i've been trying to get the server online, but it just sits in my background running on something...

Thanks for your support

I still have to update it, according to your post LFA. I dont' think that would fix the problem with the startup tho.

Thanks guys!

Put the server IP in this line also. I can't confirm 100% what it does, but people have been saying this corrects some issues.

sv.interfaceIP ""

so make it sv.interface "%serverip%"

If you still have problems, try starting the game on the server desktop directly from the exe file to see if you get any errors.

Sounds good, ill insert that into the config also.

I started it via desktop several times... launches fine and i've even timed it to see if the gamepanel starts it later... now on to test that config
