I'd suggest you open a ticket. It could be an issue with the old design. I'm running MVC, so I can't check it, unfortunately.

You should go to the "Console" tab in Developer Tools and click it. Are you using a custom theme?

That's weird. Are you using any custom theme? If yes, does it work with the default theme? Try opening Developer Tools in your browser (F12) and go to the Console tab. Does it output anything when you click the Import button?

I've just tried in Chrome with 2.0.149.1. It doesn't give me any issues. You can update to 2.0.149.1 by performing a manual update: https://help.tcadmin.com/Updating#Manual_Update

Which browser are you using? Try updating to 2.0.149.1 to see if that fixes the issue.

AFAIK, the new theme and "NexT" are two different things. You'd need to request a trial. TCAdmin doesn't use WHMCS' licensing software.

Have you tried repairing permissions and restarted the monitor? Sometimes we see the same issue.

Solved. Issue was that server files for FTB wasn't installed.

Do you see any errors in Logs\Monitor\console.log?

How did you update? Did you upgrade directly from TCAdmin or did you use the command line tool to update? The command line tool does not update changes in the MySQL database.

@Jimmy-CS the join button is still included in the default design. Are you sure it's been setup correctly in your TCAdmin installation?

Make sure that you haven't added a new line or space before/after the line.
