Uhmm... You sure that the control panel is started then? There should be a log. What happens if you start the monitor in console mode?

If you want to pay me money so that I can get a Windows server, I'll be happy to make one for Windows ;D Sorry, but I have no Windows servers that I can test a Windows config on, and paying for a new TCAdmin that I can use on my Windows PC seems like a stupid idea to me Shouldn't be difficult setting up on Windows though. Once you've built one config, you can build them all.

Is the logs posted in a folder? And is that folder specified in TCAdmin?

Did you click 'Update existing services'? Sometimes that needs to be done.
