  1. Try using the Linux alternative. EDIT: Just noticed that the site is down...
  2. Did you install all of the dependencies, including the 32-bit ones?
  3. But have you tried changing the internal IP to be the external as I've suggested?
  4. As I said, you don't need to change the hostname of the internal IP. You just need to change the internal IP to the external, or try using the import feature.
  5. But did you do what I suggested? Shut down the monitor and service manager. Don't restart them. Shut them down - both at the same time. Verify it's not running and start them again. Has worked literally every single time for me.
  6. Shut down both the monitor service and the service manager service. Confirm mono is no longer using crazy amounts of CPU and start them again.
  7. Check the IP in 'Server Administration' -> 'Servers' -> 'Server IP's'.
  8. Why would anyone censor the username? It's not like you could do anything with it
  9. Unless your account name for Steam is USER, then you got the problem right there.
  10. Don't restart it. Stop it and start it in console mode: ./monitor-console
  11. Uhmm... You sure that the control panel is started then? There should be a log. What happens if you start the monitor in console mode?
  12. Yes, but try looking in the monitor console, or the logs.
  13. Do you see any errors in the monitor console?
  14. Go to https://gamecp.xxxxxx.co.uk:8881. You need to remember HTTPS.
  15. No problem. Glad I could be of assistance.
  16. Read a little about the variables and configuration files on help.tcadmin.com. Will do you good.
  17. Uhm, did you use the TCAdmin installation guide? Because nowhere in the guide, it says that you need to install the mono or mono-complete package.
  18. Under the mail templates, remove 'Administrators' from the BBC role.
  19. Check whether or not mono is going crazy. Happens sometimes.
  20. Add me on Skype: dennis.hermannsen
  21. Throw 10 bucks at me, give me access to a Windows server with TCAdmin, and you'll have a working config in 30 minutes
  22. If you want to pay me money so that I can get a Windows server, I'll be happy to make one for Windows ;D Sorry, but I have no Windows servers that I can test a Windows config on, and paying for a new TCAdmin that I can use on my Windows PC seems like a stupid idea to me Shouldn't be difficult setting up on Windows though. Once you've built one config, you can build them all.
