  1. Windows 2012 has this built in. You need a second hard drive. Place the files outside of the folder that tcadmin copies. Create links after the game server has been created.
  2. Delete c:\TCAFiles\Games\l4d2. When you create a new game server it will download the files with the new directory structure.
  3. If you are still getting this error create a support ticket with remote desktop access to the server so I can take a look.

    Are you sure? It's working fine for me.
  8. Check your "Fast Downloads Folder Template" in the server settings. It should be $[service.UserName]\$[service.ServiceId]\ by default. If you specify a value that doesn't create a unique path all files will go to the same folder.

  11. If you don't see anything on the list you don't have any servers where the service can be moved. The other server has to have the same operating system.
  12. Did you restart the service manager after creating the symlink? /home/tcadmin/Monitor/serviceman-service restart After restarting wait a few seconds and check /home/tcadmin/Logs/ServiceManager/console.log. It should say the packet library has been detected.
  13. A success command from the billing api just means you sent valid parameters. It does not wait until a server is chosen and the game server is created. That can take a long time and will cause a timeout error.

Make sure you installed libpcap. http://help.tcadmin.com/System_Requirements#Ubuntu_32bit If you already installed it and it doesn't print the message look for the location of libpcap.so. create a symlink at /home/tcadmin/Monitor/libpcap.so pointing to that file. Then restart the service manager.
  15. If you check the service manager console log does it say "The packet capture library has been detected"?
  16. Enable debug mode on the master monitor. Restart it in console mode and start the task again. You will see messages in the console explaining why it can't find a server.
  17. Extract the attached file to /home/tcadmin/Monitor/WebServices. Then restart the monitor: /home/tcadmin/Monitor/monitor-service restart HttpCompress.zip

  19. If you see it there it is being executed any time the service is restarted. Something else is wrong with the game server.
