  1. In our experience, you can get away with running servers off your master- but that depends on: 1. The size of your customer base- how much traffic is your master taking? 2. The actual specs of your master. We use our master as "standby" space if our remotes fill up, but actively try to keep it free from services. With regards to the slow panel, that's a sacrifice you have to make if you host around the world. Our master was in Sydney, Australia and we had servers in Amsterdam- the load times were unbearable.
  2. Thanks mate - I noticed this morning that mono was using 679% and that thread resolved it. Cheers.
  3. Submitted a ticket - feel free to remove this.
  4. Also interested in Dayz for Linux, if its possible. Thanks guys.
  5. Hi Guys, I'm trying to configure the MC Tekkit mod via the TCA Mods interface. I've got it all setup (uploaded the ZIP etc) however when the client installs the mod, the .jar won't boot and just spews out errors. Does anyone know how to set it up correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'd even consider paying someone to help us out. Cheers.
  6. UPDATE: Resolved by running ./updatetool 2.0.57.
  7. Hi guys, I just updated to the latest bug fix on my CentOS dedi, however now all my servers have gone into Unknown. I also can't access the version info etc as it gives me this error: Error: ConnectFailure (Connection refused) I have tried restarting the whole dedi, the monitors etc to no avail. Can anyone help? Cheers.

    Mobile Theme

Hey guys, Does anyone know how to configure/modify this theme so it works in portrait orientation? Thanks-
  10. Were you having the same issue as us? Now, sometimes we received emails saying automatic setup from WHMCS was successful, however upon looking in tcadmin the serveice isn't listed. We then have to restart the monitor and serviceman and then run the Create function in WHMCS.
  11. Hi Jack, The server is online as we can ssh into it after the tcadmin crash. I'll setup a cron task now.
  12. Hi All, Recently our tcadmin has been crashing, causing servers to go offline and automatic provisioning to freeze. Is there anyway I can set the tc monitor to restart automatically every 4-5 hours? Thanks!
  13. We don't, it was fine until 24 hours ago. After restarting the server, the thing fixes itself.
  14. Hi Guys, Recently my TCAdmin v2 has been crashing quite a lot. I'm using a 32GB Centos 5.5 box. I was hoping whether one of you would be able to point me in the right direction of the log files so I can see what is causing the crashing. Thanks!
  15. Just found out it's not out for v2 yet.
  16. Hey guys, I've got TCAdmin v2 for Linux. I was hoping someone could guide me through the process of creating a sub-user for a client's account. Look forward to hearing from you guys! Regards
  17. Thanks LFA. I agree with a person's post I was just reading, your support is extraordinary!
  18. Hi All, I just bought a TCAdmin 2 License for my Centos 5.6 server. I'm having some issues setting up Minecraft to run. When I try to make the server, it gives me an error. When I try to edit the config settings of Minecraft in the General Settings, I get the following error which is not allowing me to save the changes: Unknown column 'supports_ipv6' in 'field list' I'm slightly confused with why I'm receiving this error. Thanks!
