  1. Go to the custom variables, the Startup map one should be there, change the path there.
  2. This is an incredibly graceful solution, nor did I know about the security group of TCAdmin. I applaud you McLovin!
  3. Post the commandline here. Also check if there are no Socket errors on the srcds console. Maybe also check netstat to see if the ports you set aren't already in use. Or for the hell of it, just try different ports.
  4. Every game actually has a branding query, so if they'd remove it, you'd know.
  5. I'd suggest just changing the config file template to $[service.Slots]
  6. I imagine linux to use a different executable and possibly slightly different syntax.
  7. Fairly easy mate, In TCAdmin, go to Servers, then to the specific server; you can set the location of the user and game files.
  8. Seeing as I have windows; I am not sure if this is an option in Linux version too. At the main service window, go to Actions; here you can do Repair, this sets permissions correctly for the TCA user.
  9. Sounds like it might be easier to install a fresh tcadmin, grab a new config from the Master(Make sure to update Remote DB Connection first), then import the new config in teh remote; all teh gameservers will keep running.
  10. That would be the ConfigUtility.config file in the Monitor folder

    Help

Just run SteamCMD without any parameters; should update and validate itself.
  12. Have you perhaps tried downloading a config file of a remote and then uploading it manually, then restarting the remote monitor?

    Help

Yeah, just running the command works, without a game first. Afterwards, some games require an account, some can use anonymous.

    Help

oh, first, run the steamcmd tool yourself, manually. It'll update itself and such.

    Help

We'll need a little more info than that man. Any errors, what game, etc?
  17. Not hard to do mate; there is no commandline, only a config file. only one port.
  18. 5 second google; http://wiki.jc-mp.com/Server/Getting_started/Linux_Server

    Rust

Rust can only be hosted by a select few hosters that Garry has allowed.
  20. The TCAdmin Configuration Utility is when, after a fresh install, you go to http://ip:8880 Then you get a little wizard.
  21. TCAdmin creates logs for Monitor and such; I do not know where it creates them for linux, but they have to be there. Check those out for the error it gives. Or perhaps try starting the monitor manually?
  22. Go to Service Settings, at the command line, go to preview. All those 4 commands, run them in RDP or SSH(whichever OS). See if it runs then. Also try a repair, maybe file permissions are odd.
  23. I use windows, so I am not sure if it works for Linux too. At the actions tab at a service; there is a repair button. This repairs all the permissions for TCAdmin.
  24. At the server management, pick servers. Then choose the server, there at the last tab named Game & Voice Settings, you can set the correct path. Afterwards press Save. If it's the master, it should work right away, might do a restart of the services to be safe. If it's remote, after save, do upload config & restart.
