  1. You can just download it from here: http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=8011
  2. Try to change the query port to be the same as the game port. I remember reading something about Facepunch somehow could protect against query attacks of some sort that way.
  3. You can use Mono on Windows too. It's reading the output of the wrong file. Our game config is setup to read from server\identities\Log.Log.txt
  4. Unless you're gonna do some tedious scripting, it's not something that the client can install with just one click. If anyone figures out a way to include double backslashes in the server path, then it's easy.
  5. Spigot and Craftbukkit does use more RAM than vanilla Minecraft. You can create a rule that shuts down the server once it hits 100%, but this is not suggested since a lot of servers use more than 100%. Minecraft will eventually crash by itself at around 120-130%.
  6. We take a backup every 6th hour. In case something goes wrong, we can just load a backup in many situations. If a client has ordered a service, and that service wasn't created when the backup was made, we just create it manually and set everything as it needs to be.
  7. It doesn't need to have a server group.
  8. Yes. It's much easier to un-fuck everything if something fucks up
  9. If you're a small host, or a small community with only a few running servers, you're fine with a SQLite database. However, a MySQL is needed as soon as you need to have remote servers. If you plan on growing your business, a MySQL database is needed sooner or later
  10. Is that the only server, or is it multiple servers that act like that?
  11. Tried restarting it? Is it modded in any way? Are you sure that the query port is unique?
  12. No. It has a tendency to show players connecting as online players, but that's it.
  13. What's the exact command you used to update TCAdmin?
  14. You will need to update TCAdmin manually: http://help.tcadmin.com/Updating#Manual_Update
  15. TTL is Time To Live. That has nothing to do with the port. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_to_live If you want TCAdmin to run on port 80, you can change that in the tcadmin config file.
  16. Did you remember to set it to 'repeat for 24 hours'?
  17. There's no way to have a 'perfect' config for ARK. There's a bunch of things that just won't work in TCAdmin.
  18. Many game servers have both Linux and Windows files, and with the ability to use an existing config as a template in TCAdmin, you can run those the game server on both Linux and Windows with pretty much the same configuration. I know you can allow the user to select either a datacenter or OS when ordering the server, and by doing that you can assign a different ID, but it's not what we're looking for. It would be pretty neat if you could input multiple ID's in the WHMCS module (example 9 and 10, seperated by commas (Minecraft Windows and Linux), and whatever server meets the 'Server Selection' settings, is the server where the game server will be created - no matter what OS. Feedback on this idea would be much appreciated.
  19. All services, or just services such as TF2, CS:S, CSGO etc?
  20. We do this. Just install TCAdmin and disable new services.
  21. IIRC it's something you specify on a per-channel basis.
