  1. Which codec are you using?
  2. There's still a problem if updating in some cases. We're running the web server on a Windows server, and the master is a Linux server. When updating, it gives this: Error: Could not find a part of the path "/home/tcadmin/Monitor/C:\Program Files\TCAdmin2\Backups\/backup-20150817180221.sql". We updated from 2.0.92.
  3. We haven't had any issues on v2. How do you reproduce this issue?
  4. Well, if that option is disabled, clients wouldn't see the 'Upgrade' option.
  5. Is it a completely default TCAdmin setup? No extra security settings like captcha?
  6. You haven't added two factor authentication, have you?
  7. ... which is exactly why it's okay to sell them the configs. Like, I don't know how to fix my car, and it would probably take me more time than I have to learn how to do it - so I go to a mechanic. Would I expect him to fix it for free?
  8. And it's the latest update? If it is, then that behavior sounds odd...
  9. Use a distro that has at least 2.14. Most Early Access games are tested on Ubuntu by the devs.
  10. There's only one way to do that, and it won't really work well. You're the only one able to see it on the official server list. Studio Wildcard are the only ones able to decide which servers are on the official list. That's why they're called 'official'.
  11. Why would you want SFTP instead of regular FTP?
  12. Check feature permissions. Has nothing to do with the update.
  13. You need to have the files in the /home/tcafiles/games dir (or C:\TCAFiles\Games if on Windows).
  14. Include your server's IP in the URL.
  15. They've probably been blacklisted: http://csgo-servers.1073505.n5.nabble.com/Request-to-Server-Operators-td9684.html Use this to see if the IP is blacklisted: http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=INSERT-IP-HERE&format=json
  16. I guess this is why the config file was overwritten:
  17. Same here. New stuff was probably added to the config.
  18. What about making it possible to make scripts that would work for selected games? It's nice that there's finally an option to have TCAdmin create, delete and move a MySQL database, but when you're hosting many different game servers, setting up 5 scripts for 10+ games suddenly takes a long time. Not to mention if something needs to be changed in the script. What I'm suggestion is that it should be possible to create a script, let's say for creating a MySQL database. Instead of having to create this script for every game, you can select which games the script should work for. Would that be possible?
  19. I know I hinted on Skype that this would probably only work as a temporary solution, but I hadn't really looked at it at that time. Great way to fix the problem, and you don't have to change anything after WHMCS patches the bug.
  20. Exactly. WHMCS even allows you to have a test site without charging you extra, so why not use the opportunity?
  21. You can't downgrade. That was what I was told when we upgraded to v5.
