Ben-EdgeGameServers.com Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 (edited) For some reason when I run the server VIA TCAdmin it will not show up on the main server list , but it will show in Favorites-list .. But when I run it VIA Command prompt on RDP , it will show up on the Main server list and on the Favorites.. Any idea why this is happening? Because the server browser has bugs. This is a known issue. Its not on your end. CobbyJUK Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 ok iv found a fix, its a bit strange but trust me it works. for some strange reason it need steamcmd to run in the backround when the server first starts but has to run under the same windows user so i made a simple config for it. all you need to do is rar up your STEAMCMD folder with all the files in it as you would with a normal game and run this first before running the game then the server will be viewable on the public list. once it has been started once you can turnt he steamcmd off, and all other csgo servers will work fine after. make sure you have the latest steamcmd updates. i have also done minor updates on the CSGO config. if you need the steamcmd folder i have please let me know.CSGO - Windows.xmlSteamCMD - Windows.xml Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
