I owe you one now Patrick.

Yes it has. It's all over the torrent sites already LOL
Which would satisfy half of the people in this forum.

So I installed the games with steam.
That was your first mistake. You can only use a DVD/CD copy or a copy from Direct2Drive.

It needs a video card that I remember.

I am no GTA expert, but isn't the GTA San Andreas multiply player just a mod? So after the game is released you have to wait for the MP mod before even doing a config?

http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=167&d=0
This contains all of the default TCAdmin configs including MOHAA and MOHSH

sv_maxrate 30000 and you need a ping booster running on the desktop to achieve 100 tickrate.

1) Rate settings?
2) Ping booster or windows media player running on the server?

Add this to your game's TCADmin config. Put it at the end of the command line
+tv_port %customport1%
In the TCAdmin config, add a number in the custom port 1 section. Then TCAdmin will automatically monitor and assign the port number.

This game is D.O.A.. Not sure it is worth the headaches.

TCAdmin Game Configuration Files section?

1) For some reason I really don't want to do a download from a website called "Worms World"
2) Promod readme
-Put the files in a folder mods/promod_waw on the game server.
- Change the command line to
+set fs_savepath %userfilespath% +set fs_game mods/promod_waw +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip %serverip% +set net_port %serverport% +set sv_maxclients %slots% +set sv_punkbuster "1" +exec server.cfg +map_rotate
- Create a server.cfg in the promod_waw folder

Do you have a link for those mods so I can check the readme?

(1) Download and install the free dedicated server files on your server - http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com/files/Star_Wars_Battlefront/Official_Releases/Server_Files;4563
(2) Put the files in the following folder:
*:\GameInstalls\SWBF
(3) Rename the battlefront server.exe to battlefront_server.exe.
(4) Upload the attached TCAdmin config that I made to your System Settings >> Supported Game section
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTEs:
This game ONLY runs on the dedicated server's primary IP address and it auto-increments the ports.
The following line must NOT be modified in the battlefront_server.ini
AUTO_RESTART=1
after executing the battlefront_server.exe, it will automatically spawn the battlefront.exe server as long as that config variable stays the same.

There really is no clear instructions on Far Cry in the forums so I am putting this together for everyone who is trying this game for the first time
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
(1) Purchase the game and install it on your home pc
(2) Patch to v1.4 - http://farcry.filefront.com/files/Far_Cry/Official_Releases/Patches;3595
(3) Copy the following 2 files from your C:\Windows\system32 folder
msvcp71.dll
msvcr71.dll
and paste them in the C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Crytek\Far Cry\Bin32 folder.
(4) Rar the entire Far Cry install on your home pc and upload to the server
(5) Unpackage the files into the following folder:
C:\GameInstalls\FARCRY
(6) Upload the attached TCAdmin config into your System Settings >> Supported Game section
I believe this is the same config that is floating around the forums with no modifications.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bugs - I can not get this game server to run on my Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition R2 x64 Service Pack 2 but it runs fine on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition x64 Service Pack 2 remote. I guess this game does not get along with all operating systems.

Nice config Mother!! Damn that must have taken a long time to do that config editor.

That is file sharing and not allowed in these forums.

Jason, can you update you config to have it set at callofduty query? What about gametracker, etc..
The query method is set to CallofDuty in my config. I checked the config in this thread and the one currently in my TCAdmin and the Game Compatibility is set to 17 which I can only assume is CallofDuty

Has anyone had problems with this not showing in gametracker, game-monitor or HLSW?
For me Game-Monitor and Gametracker doesn't show. I haven't tested HLSW yet though.
It also doesn't Query in TCA either?
1) Make sure the dedicated command line parameter is set to 2.
2) Make sure your firewall is not blocking the IP and port from being queried
3) Make sure the IP you assigned the game server, has been added to your NIC card.

Thanks Creed. I made that config from scratch. If you look at all of the other CoD WaW configs, they contain COD4 stuff including patches. I tested the rcon commands and they worked fine.

Just configure the mod with your CS 1.6 files and when you create a CS 1.6 server the mod will be automatically configured.
